Die Abschlusskonferenz wurde von UNIEP organisiert und fand im Rahmen einer digitalen Veranstaltung statt.<\/span>
\nThe final conference was organised by UNIEP and took place as a digital event.<\/em><\/p>\n

Die Online-Veranstaltung mit dem Titel „EUROPA-MEISTER: Schaffung eines zertifizierten Qualit\u00e4tsstandards im Malerhandwerk“ hat sich auf den Qualifizierungsbedarf des Handwerks und den innovativen Ansatz des EUROPA-MEISTER-Projekts konzentriert.<\/span>
\nThe Online Multiplier Event, titled \u201cEUROPA-MEISTER: a bridge towards certified professionality in the Painting sector\u201d has focussed on the need of qualification for crafts and the innovative approach of the EUROPA-MEISTER project.<\/em><\/p>\n

In der ersten Sitzung tauschten europ\u00e4ische politische Entscheidungstr\u00e4ger, Unternehmer und Vertreter der EU-Institutionen ihre Empfehlungen aus, um L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr den Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel in Europa zu erarbeiten und zu finden.<\/span>
\nIn the first session European policymakers, entrepreneurs and representatives of EU Institutions shared their recommendations to identify and find solutions to the skills shortage in Europe.<\/em><\/p>\n

Nach einer Einf\u00fchrung von Herrn Michael Wagner, Direktor der HTL Baden, der einen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber das Projekt EUROPA-MEISTER gab, betonte der \u00f6sterreichische Europaabgeordnete Hannes HEIDE, dass die Ziele des Projekts mit den Priorit\u00e4ten des Ausschusses f\u00fcr Kultur und Bildung f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chsten Jahre \u00fcbereinstimmen und unterstrich die Bedeutung einer Aufstockung des Budgets des Programms Erasmus+.<\/span>
\nAfter an introduction of Mr. Michael Wagner, Director of HTL (AT) who gave an overview on the EUROPA-MEISTER project, the Austrian MEP Mr Hannes HEIDE stressed that the project\u2019s objectives are in line with the priorities of the Committee on Culture and Education for next years and underlined the importance of increasing the Erasmus+ programme budget.<\/em><\/p>\n

Herr Alban MAGGIAR, Pr\u00e4sident der SMEunited, erw\u00e4hnte welche Schl\u00fcsselrolle die Berufsbildung und die Lehrlingsausbildung spielen, um die Qualifikationsl\u00fccke zu schlie\u00dfen. „Die Berufsbildung ist ein wichtiger Pfeiler f\u00fcr die Entwicklung und die Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit des Handwerks und der KMU. Die F\u00f6rderung und Entwicklung einer h\u00f6heren Berufsbildung und Investitionen in digitale und gr\u00fcne Fertigkeiten sind der Schl\u00fcssel, um die von Unternehmern geforderten F\u00e4higkeiten und Kompetenzen zu erhalten“, f\u00fcgte er hinzu.<\/span>
\nMr Alban MAGGIAR, SMEunited President, mentioned the key role played by VET and apprenticeship to close the skills gap. \u201cVET is a key pillar for the development and the competitiveness of Crafts and SMEs. Promoting and developing higher VET and investing in digital and green skills are key to get the skills and competences requested by entrepreneurs\u201d he added.<\/em><\/p>\n

Frau Vladimira DRBALOVA, Vertreterin der Unternehmer (Business Europe) und der Gruppe der Arbeitgeber des EWSA stellte ihrerseits den Zuh\u00f6rern die Priorit\u00e4ten dieser letzteren vor, um dazu beizutragen, dem Arbeitsmarkt angemessene Kompetenzen anbieten zu k\u00f6nnen und die Mobilit\u00e4t in Europa zu f\u00f6rdern.<\/span>
\nOn her side, Mrs Vladimira DRBALOVA, in representation of the entrepreneurs (Business Europe) and the Employers Group of EESC, introduced the audience to the priorities of this last in order to contribute in providing labour market with adequate skills and to enhance the mobility in Europe.<\/em><\/p>\n

Zum Abschluss der Sitzung erl\u00e4uterte Herr Roman HORVATH von der EU-Kommission – GD GROW die Priorit\u00e4ten der Kommission insbesondere f\u00fcr die Unterst\u00fctzung kleiner Unternehmen in ihrer speziellen neuen Strategie.<\/span>
\nConcluding the session, Mr Roman HORVATH from the EU Commission – DG GROW explained the priorities of the Commission in particular for supporting small businesses in its dedicated new strategy.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
